CAST app for iPhone and iPad

Enovate Medical’s mobile CAST app offers workstation information as mobile as your fleet. Simply use your CAST user name and password to log in and scan the serial number of a Mobius battery, Enovate Medical workstation or battery charger and have instant information about the health, assigned location, output and utilization. The CAST Mobile app simplifies mobile workstation troubleshooting by providing information on the communication status, current, temperature, firmware version and voltage by scrolling through screens instead of taking apart hardware. Interactive movement utilization graphs are also available.

Scan Serial Numbers
Eliminate the risk of incorrectly entering a serial number by using the camera on your phone to scan in the serial number of a device.

Flash Workstation LCD
When working on a workstation, it’s ok if you get pulled away to take a call. Select the Flash LCD button in the location option so the LCD will flash for 10 minutes, making it easy to identify what workstation you were working.

Report an Issue to CARE
No need to write down information and go back to your desk to report an issue such as a broken bracket. Easily report an issue to our CARE team through the diagnose option. You will be able to monitor the status of the reported issue from your desk from the CAST website.

Call CARE
If you need assistance troubleshooting an issue or if you have a question for our CARE team, click on Support in the diagnose option and speak with a member of our customer support team.

Update Firmware
To view the status of your firmware, go to the diagnose option and see if the firmware is current. If it is not current simply select Start firmware update (port 21 must be open to download firmware updates. If the firmware update is for a workstation, the workstation will reboot once it has downloaded the firmware shutting down the PC).

View Pending Notifications
Select the diagnose option to view any pending notifications.

Check Communication Status
Verify that a device is communicating by reviewing the latest communication date and time.

Update Department Location Information
If you move a device from one location to another, easily update the department information via the location option.

Verify PC Serial Number
Keep track of your assets by making sure the PC serial number is properly associated with the workstation in CAST by selecting the Output option.

Track Movement
Determine the workflow of a workstation by viewing daily utilization and hourly movement.
